Learn How You Could Test and Replace Your Own spark Plug
You will need a set of

to perform this simple car task. Your car just won’t run without spark plugs. Essentially their function is to allow electricity to pass through your engine. Fuel is compressed in each of the cylinders of the engine and the spark plug is responsible for firing that fuel thus powering the internal combustion engine. Without the spark plug then, your car will be going nowhere.
You need to change your spark plugs many times in the lifetime of the car as they only last for around two years. The good news is that changing spark plugs is normally quick and easy.
When do you make the change though? What signals do we get that it is time? Less effective performance from the engine is always a big give away. This is probably the biggest sign that the spark plug is worn out. To confirm this, you can test it using a spark plug gauge.
If the spark plug is indeed worn out and is in need of replacement, the first thing to do is check out the manufacturers description. This will tell you the correct specifications of the plug, so that you can get a suitable replacement. It will also list any alternative replacements in case the exact same model is unavailable.
Remembering that the spark plug is a conductor of electricity, do make sure that you don’t get an electric shock from it. Rubber gloves can certainly help to protect you. Also avoid leaning against the car and handling stuff while the engine is running.
Being careful not to lean against the car, you must remove the spark plugs while the engine is running. You can use either a ratchet or
torque wrench
to loosen the spark plug, remembering that anti-clockwise loosens and clockwise tightens. If the engine slows when the spark plug comes out you know that this plug is still working. If the plug needs to be replaced you won’t hear any change in the engine. This is, of course, why you remove the plugs one by one; to see if they do need to be changed.
You should now remove and test the spark plug wires. To do this, stop the engine and wait until it has cooled. You should then test to see if the plug ignition is working. Any metal surface will indicate if the wire is working, all you need to do is expose it to one. A spark shows that the plug wire is working. You will need to do this for every wire.
If you follow this process it will soon become apparent which plugs need to be replaced.

i went from 0 g to 00 gauge rubber plugs on right ear. its throbbing and a little painful. It wouldnt do that if i kept trying to get coconut oil within the ear to lube it up. the pain is not severe . should i wait it out? only been over night.. thanks
I am guessing by rubber you mean silicone - get that out of your ear. Go buy either titanium or stainless steel plugs and use those. Silicone is bad for piercings that are healing and if you just stretched, it is healing.
If it's throbbing and painful that's a sign that your ear probably wasn't ready to be stretched anyways.
