Don't try to get the nostril screw back in....you won't be able to do it and you'll just make the piercing site really sore and increase your risk of infection. Just find a regular straight earring (good quality), wash it well with antibacterial soap and water and put that in. It will be easier to get the straight one in than trying to get the other one back in. Then, as soon as you can make the trip to your piercer, they can help you get the other one back in. That's what I always tell my clients if their nose jewelry pops out! Good luck, hope that helps!
